Caxi believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal refund/cancellation policy. :

Time period in which the cancellation is made Charges Deduction
Before 30 minutes of the departure Time. 100% of the booking fee (No refund)
Between 30 minutes and 180 minutes (3hrs) of departure 50% of the booking fee (50% refund)
Before 180 (3hrs) minutes and above of the departure Time 10% of the booking fee (90% refund)
  • The Cancellation can be done over the website or by app (coming soon). All cancellation to be made against the booking ID provided at the time of booking the cab.
  • Caxi will not be responsible for any cancellation/delay of service in case of any natural calamity, agitation, Strike or Road Jam/traffic etc. Hence no refund would be made.
  • If the customer books the ticket and doesn’t come on time then he/she will not be liable for any refund/cancellation.
  • Bookings will be closed before 30 minutes of the selected departure time. Afterwards, no bookings will be made for that respected tour.
  • No refund will be made in case of cancellation before 30 minutes of the selected journey time.
  • If the customer cancels his/her booking before 210 minutes (3hours 30 mins) of the departure time then deduction of 50% charges will be applicable.
  • If the customer cancels his/her booking more than 3 hrs before departure time then deduction of 10% charges will be applicable
  • Caxi might change driver & Taxi details prior to boarding the taxi in case of vehicle breakdown or other genuine reasons at Driver’s end. No Cancellation request shall be entertained in such cases.
  • If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Returns” policy above, then the refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days.
  • Refund would be processed to the same account which was used for the booking.
