Bookings will be made only via website www.caxi.co.in or via app (coming soon).
Each passenger is allowed only one luggage; if there is additional luggage, the passenger must book an additional seat in the back of the cab (in the ‘C’ row).
The driver is under no obligation to wait over the scheduled departure time of the cab. The driver will only wait for 5 minutes to board the taxi. If the customer doesn't confirm on the trip the booking will automatically get cancelled. No refund request will be entertained in such regard.
Smoking and consumption of any liquor is strictly prohibited inside the cab, as the vehicle is CNG based. Neither is it allowed howsoever as per the government policies. Drivers are given rights to deboard drunken passengers /smoking from the cab.
Children under the age of six do not require a ticket. However, children over the age of six will require an additional ticket.
If the booking is placed incorrectly by customer, we would not be able to make any changes once the cab has left.
