Booking Policy

  1. Advance Booking Recommended
    Customers are advised to book in advance to ensure seat and cab availability, especially for shared rides. Bookings will be made only via website www.caxi.co.in or Call/WhatsApp on +91 94711 09494.
  2. Confirmation of Booking
    A booking is considered confirmed only after payment confirmation or when officially approved by the Caxi team via call, message, or WhatsApp.
  3. Seat Allocation (Shared Cab)
    Seats in shared cabs are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Maximum of 3 passengers are allowed in a sedan shared cab, and a maximum of 4 passengers are allowed in a SUV.
  4. Passenger Details
    Customers must provide accurate name, contact number, pickup point, and drop location at the time of booking.
  5. Pickup Time & Location
    The pickup time shared is approximate. Minor delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or passenger coordination.
  6. Luggage Policy
    For Private Cab: Standard luggage is allowed. Extra luggage may require an additional charge or vehicle change.
    For Shared Cab: Each passenger is allowed only one luggage; if there is additional luggage, the passenger must book an additional seat in the back of the cab.
  7. Fare Policy
    All fares are based on the selected route and cab type. Any changes in route, timing, or extra stops may lead to fare revision.
  8. Driver & Vehicle Assignment
    Driver and vehicle details are shared before the journey. In rare cases, the vehicle may change due to technical or operational reasons.
  9. Cancellation & Refund
    Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within the company’s standard timeline.
  10. Waiting Time
    The driver is not obligated to wait beyond the scheduled departure time. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes for the passenger to board the taxi. If the customer fails to confirm or board within this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled, and no refund request will be entertained in such cases.
  11. Smoking & Alcohol Policy
    Smoking and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited inside the cab, as per government regulations. Drivers reserve the right to deny boarding or deboard any passenger found to be intoxicated or smoking during the journey.
  12. Company Rights
    Caxi reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unavoidable circumstances such as low passenger count, vehicle issues, or safety concerns. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.
